Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 22, 2025
Clarity Haus offers personalized digital design services that begin as soon as your submission is received. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a plan has been delivered.
No Refunds on Completed Edits
Once your Clarity Haus Edit (or Snapshot Plan, Area Edit, or Total Edit) is created and sent to you, it is considered a final digital product, and no refunds will be issued.
We invest time and care into reviewing your submission and crafting a unique plan tailored to your space and preferences.
Refunds Before Delivery
If you purchased a plan but haven’t yet submitted your intake form or project details:

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase

After 24 hours, your project is considered “in progress” and will no longer be eligible for a refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, email hello@clarity-haus.com with your name and order details.
Late Submissions or No Form Received
If you purchase a plan but do not complete the intake form:

We’ll send one reminder within 7 days

If no form is submitted within 30 days, your project may be closed without refund
You may email us to reopen your project within 60 days of purchase.
Changes & Revisions
We offer one round of light revisions (such as style tweaks or small swaps) if requested within 7 days of delivery. Full redesigns may require rebooking.
